If you’re in the AsiaPac region and you’ve been feeling like you’re missing out on all the fun, tomorrow is the last chance to weigh in on this little experiment.
In case you haven’t heard, we have been running an experiment over the last few weeks to see if there’s enough interest for us to start a regular Campfire call in a time zone that’s friendlier to the AsiaPac crowd.
Our regular Friday Campfire has been a big hit, and the timing works reasonably well across North and South America, Europe, and parts of Africa. But for our friends in Asia, Australia, and the Pacific, it’s in the middle of the night. We have global aspirations — possibility has no borders! — but right now we are already spread a bit thin, so we need to be careful about where we put our energy.
The Friday Campfire call has become the highlight of my week, a chance to connect and cross-pollinate with other Possibilitarians to share creative inspirations, ideas, and projects. It’s a loosely-structured, interactive, conversational video chat where we talk about the possibilities we are exploring, things we are reading and thinking about, and things we are working on.
So I was delighted when Thejaswini Unni (also known as TJ) stepped up and asked for support in getting something started in AsiaPac.
We have been running this experiment for three weeks now. In tomorrow’s call TJ will be talking to whoever shows up about their level of interest, what times might work best, and whatever else comes up.
The call will take place tomorrow. In AsiaPac that’s Saturday at 8 am IST / 10.30 am SGT / 12.30 PM AEST. If you’re in the Americas and want to join, that works out to Friday evening at 7:30 pm Pacific, 10:30 pm Eastern.
This is the final week in a four-week experiment. Nothing is carved in stone, and if you’re in AsiaPac and there’s a time that would work better for you, connect with TJ on LinkedIn and let her know, even if you can’t make the call. TJ will be making her decision about how to move forward based on the input she gets tomorrow.

Until next time,
