Creating strategy with systemic design

Strategy is a term difficult to grasp in most organizations. This workshop will introduce the principles and methods of a systemic design approach to strategy. Strategy has to be inclusive, understandable, tangible and highly visual to be communicated across an organization. It shall align, motivate and drive the desired impact while being measurable. Strategy is not created once a year, strategy is living and driven by a playbook (framework) and tools (methods).

I am happy to hear your feedback and suggestions on how such a course will be helpful for entrepreneurs, designers, management consultants, freelancers and everyone looking for purpose and impact with their organization.
