Hello fellow Possibilitarians!
Step by step, the dream of the School of the Possible is becoming a reality. I’ve been inspired by meeting many of you in our weekly face-to-face hangout, and I look forward to meeting more of you as soon as you can make it.
Our course creation course is starting in ten days and I couldn’t be more excited. So far we have 28 people registered!
This learning cohort will be meeting live, starting on October 10th, via Zoom, on Tuesdays from noon to 1:30 US Eastern time (that’s 6-7:30 CEST, with a bit of a glitch on October 31st due to the absurdity of daylight savings time being on different dates around the world). Sessions will be recorded with AI summaries for those who can’t make every session.
This is a hands-on course where each participant will be designing their own course. I have had chats about a few of these and they promise to be very exciting learning adventures, explorations of adjacent possibles led by curious and passionate people. This means that by November 14, the final day of the course, we should have 20-plus new courses, pathways to new possibilities, ready to list on our website!
Times are tough all over these days, and there are a few deserving people who have raised their hands to participate but can’t afford the tuition. If you happen to be in this category please do contact me directly.
If you’d like to join us, there is still time to register here.
If you are not ready or don’t want to teach a course, but you would like to show your support, we will gladly accept your donation to help those deserving people who can’t afford to pay at this time.
You are also welcome to join our community Discord server, where we hatch our possibility plans and connect for weekly office hours hangouts.
Until next time,
I've been really enjoying this.

I'm with you on the absurdity of daylight savings. When I've worked within international organisations such as Mozilla and Moodle I've tried (and failed) to get people to schedule meetings with UTC as a reference point. Then all that happens is that the meeting time changes for the people whose territory is shifting their clocks.
